The winery and its vines of property are located in the area of Corno di Rosazzo, within the DOC Colli Orientali del Friuli . The area is famous for its terroir, rich in arenaceous and marn-clay, that gives an unmistakable flavor to the wines.  

  

     

TASTING NOTES: 

This clone of Sauvignon was imported in Friuli from the Bordeaux region in the previous century.

At the nose delicate scents of red pepper, tomato leaves, peaches and passion fruit. At the palate it reveals a pleasant balance and a long flavorful finish.

  

  

FOOD PAIRING: 

Seafood pasta and omelette with aromatic herbs. Perfect with crustaceans.
