Learning to taste means sampling wine with great care, connecting perceived sensations to the history and evolutions of wines, and evaluating it, as much as possible, without being influenced by personal preferences. |
Alessia, as a qualified Sommelier and official taster of the Italian Sommelier Association, can offer practical and efficient courses that range from introductory to advanced, for beginners or connoisseurs alike. Groups of any size are accepted, both private or corporate.
The curriculum is based on official professional wine-tasting. You will learn how to properly evaluate and taste a wine, taking into consideration each and every sensation it gives tied to the specific related chemical component. Basics of food&wine pairing will also be taught.
