Our event expert will meet with you in advance to create a menu paired with wine, whether from your private cellar or brought in from the outside, according to your needs and your budget.
The event can focus specifically on the wine, with the food (typically appetizers) as backup, or it can be a multi-course table dinner that may pair different wines with classic dishes of the same region.
During the party, our Sommelier(s) will pour the wines and conduct a description, sharing anecdotes and highlighting connections or differences that many people may not notice.
