A SIP OF THE CENTRAL COAST (3 days) example              

       

Day 1) Pick up in Los Angeles and departure for the  California’s Central Coast. Visit to some exceptional wineries and vineyards, among others possibly Claiborne&Churchill, situated in the only Straw bale winery in California, meeting the winemakers and walk the vineyards, tasting some wonderful wine. Catered lunch at one of the wineries.

Dinner at an incredible restaurant on the pier. Overnight in Paso Robles.

 

Day 2) Visit of every wine lovers’ best kept secret: Paso Robles, where some of the most exciting wine is produced today. Catered lunch at Castoro winery, one of the most beautiful settings and incredible wines to taste.

Dinner and overnight in  San Luis Obispo

 

Day 3) A day in beautiful Santa Barbara Wine Country, where we will learn the process of winemaking, from where it grows in the field to how it’s made. Catered lunch at the vineyard.
